Delivery:

• All orders are shipped via UPS 48-hour delivery, with tracking provided upon dispatch.
• Orders placed before 12 noon aim for same-day dispatch; later orders will ship the next business day.
• Free delivery across the UK, except for certain postcodes where a £15 charge applies.

Returns:

• You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of confirmation.
• For returns due to damage or change of mind, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds are issued for unused products in original packaging.
• Return shipping can be arranged for £15, or you can use your own courier.
